I have always been an active person who liked to move. I was addicted to movement, I was uncomfortable if I was at least on a bike or did not go for a long walk during the day. In the winter, I was dying of boredom because I did not move much. Two years ago, I started a job that is not physically demanding and started going to the cafeteria where you can eat as much as you want. All this with the desire to gain weight allowed me to gain almost 20 kg, which made me a rather lazy person. Now I enjoy lazing around at home, I do not seek out movement and I like it when we do not have to do anything manually demanding at work. My body and mind do not get stressed out from how many steps I have taken. How are you?
